A compassionate, experienced therapist offering both short & long-term therapy.

Counsellor & Psychotherapist.

I specialise in psychodynamic counselling helping adults understand themselves better, make long-lasting changes in their lives by exploring their unconscious and past experiences. Psychodynamic counselling allows time to gain deeper understanding of your life and what has shaped you so far. We can understand the root of the cause more fully and therefore allow for more effective and long-term outcomes.

If you would like to find out more about psychodynamic counselling, you can read more on the BACP website here.

Prior to becoming a counsellor, I had a career in Human Resources and worked in large organisations consulting and working closely with colleagues across many departments. The nature of these roles means that I can help you with coaching at work and how you can bring your whole self at work and live a more integrated professional life. I often notice how my clients can’t bring parts of themselves at work and find themselves apologising for how they feel with negative consequences to their emotional wellbeing but also their professional prospects.
